Top Ten black men Deters tried to lynch in 2011

It is absolutely disgusting that the Chief Legal Representative in Hamilton County – Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters routinely over prosecutes African American men. Death Penalty Deters is a very bad prosecutor that prosecutes at his discretion. He defines his success by his win-loss record of how many black men he can lynch in the court of public opinion. He does not have strong personal character or he would not pay for the services of prostitutes. Deters must realize moving forward in 2012 that a punitive attitude at the expense of tax payers and their loved ones of the accused - does not indicate a mature sense of justice.

Prosecutor Deters must be sensitive to the needs of the community he represents and consider independently the facts of each situation before deciding when to dish out the death penalty.

Having said that we must make it perfectly clear as we have done in many of our over 500 posts that this blog, or its authors, DO NOT condone crime. We are especially disturbed by crimes against children.

We feel that all who break the law must be brought to justice, even our beloved Andrew, but we rebuke and fight against double standard sentences.

These black men made our 2011 list because they were mentioned in a news story, or made headlines in a news story in 2011. What each of these cases have in common is that Deters held the publicly lynch media rope of each one of these black men Snap.

Drum roll please.

10. Anthony Kirkland – This blog is acquaintances with people that treated this mentally ill man, and we are acquainted with Kirkland’s family and some of his neighborhood friends. According to our sources Kirkland has been “crazy” all of his damn life. Prior to killing R.I.P. white teen Esme Kenney – Kirkland killed black women and a white prostitute. But Deters cares nothing about those people. He decided to rope lynch Kirkland in the media and then send him to death row after he murdered Esme Kenny.

“She (Kenny) was a victim hunted down by a predatory animal,” Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said. Deters didn’t mention the other victims.

R.I.P. Casonya “Sharee” Crawford and Mary Jo Newton

9. James Lyon – He is charged with the beating death of his 19 – month son. Deters says he will give him the death penalty.

R.I.P Jaden Jenkins

8. Chris Dangerfield (father & son) – He is charged with beating to death his 3 yr. old son. Deters says he will give him the death penalty.

R.I.P Tyrese Short

7. Lionell Dangerfield (father & son) – he is charged with beating his girlfriends 15-month of daughter.

R.I.P Zhi Merah Binford0

6. John Harmon

Deters hired the lady that founded a taser company to say that the tasers didn’t harm this diabetic business man.

5.Shawn Hawkins – Joe Deters gave him the Death penalty. But Governor Kasich commuted his sentence to life in prison thanks to a collective group of people, including members of the NAACP that got involved with this case. Read his story.

4. Chief James Craig –

Chief Craig reached out to Deters because he had to be a better man for the better of ALL people in every community. But when he first got here Deters “hated” on him.

3. Nathaniel Webster – Search this blog for his story.

Unfortunately this brother lives in Deters million dollar neighborhood and he’s accused, not yet convicted of some type of assault against a white teen in the neighborhood. He will be convicted to the full extent of the law. His crime: a black man messing with a white teen.

2. Yancy Gates - The UC/Xavier basketball game that erupted into a fight has to be the talk of the year, but the bigger news story is that Deters used Gates for another media nut.

Andrew Butler – He’s the reason this blog exist. We will never let Deters forget that he lied about the 12 year deal.

NOTE TO DETERS: Other races of men commit really horrific crimes but you RARELY make examples of them. In making examples of black men you cause racial tension and add to the divisive behavior in this country. Shame on you. When some are trying to come together, you attempt to divide us.

Pennsylvania D.A., Ray Gricar missing. Deters?

How did a celebrated district attorney all of a sudden vanish? New lead Reporter Lester Holt follows the clues of missing Pennsylvania Prosecutor, Ray Gricar. Gricar, a decade before the scandal of coach Jerry Sandusky brought down the Penn State community, a local district attorney, Ray Gricar, was the first to investigate his case. But a few years later, Gricar disappeared. Was there a connection?

How did a prosecutor just vanish? Maybe Deters can answer.

Prosecutor: No charges in Cincinnati/Xavier brawl & ESPN VIDEO

UPDATE DETERS GOT HIS FIVE MINUTES OF SHAME, released, decided not to prosecute
Gates reached out to Frease via text. Class Act Gates & Frease shake hands and make up. Thanks for not becoming the persecutor's pawn - Frease.

Once again the most dangerous prosecutor in the history of Hamilton County  has crawled from under his rock in pursuit of another media nut. Deters’ office is reviewing whether anyone should be charged in the big fight that took place in the final minutes of the Crosstown Shootout.

Deters has his eye on the University of Cincinnati basketball players. He would love to rope University of Cincinnati senior Yancy Gates for “clocking” that white boy – Kenny Frease. .

Face it, Deters could give a rat’s ass about a college brawl or the embarrassment the melee brought to our already embarrassing town. Deters wants to prosecute because a black athlete hit a white athlete.

I spoke to an attorney who stated that Deters probably won’t prosecute, because to do so would set a precedence and all testosterone filled college and professional athletes that behave badly would have to be prosecuted.

Deters may not want to set a precedence, but he loves to make examples out of black men. Regardless of whether he prosecutes in a courtroom, he has already prosecuted Gates  in the court of public opinion and made all aware that black men are held to a different standard than other races of men.

Gates was absolutely wrong and he’s apologized and cried for hitting Kenny Frease. What I saw of the fight from news clips, disturbed me. Gates sucker punch was an unwarranted “bitch move.”

To convict black men in the court of public opinion  is a familiar move in Deters’ corrupt play book - it’s his “bitch move.”

Black Cincinnatians are all too familiar with Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters and his just –us justice as it is applied to minorities and poor people. To prosecute or not prosecute depends on whether a person is white, wealthy, and well-connected, two of the three must apply.

Deters does not like black men and he isn’t afraid to make it known. Deters hates black men like Hitler hated Jews. Deter believes black men are responsible for society’s ills. In an article that appeared in the paper of record in the 90’s, Deters stated that he wished someone would put black men in cages and let them shoot themselves. He often refers to black men as animals or monsters and refers to their neighborhoods as being similar to Jurassic park. Under Deters Dictatorship more black men are sitting on Death Row than in any other of Ohio’s 88 counties. Deters will give a mentally ill man the death penalty for killing a white girl. Google Anthony Kirkland, Esme Kenney. Deters will give a black former professional athlete living in his neighborhood life for dating a white girl. Google Nathan Webster.

Poet Maya Angelou says that when a person shows you their true self, believe them.

Black Cincinnatians believe that Deters has showed us his true self. Activist, Reporters, colleagues, foes, elected officials, white people, black people, Republicans and Democrats, have been trying to show Deters the door away from his part-time position as prosecutor/persecutor for way too long,

But Deters isn’t going anywhere until he damn well feels like leaving. He’s going to continue to shove it up the black man like a pimp has a john shove it in his ho – harder, deeper, longer – over prosecution, stiffer sentences, double-standard of justice.

If Yancy Gates had never heard of Joe “TNT” Deters before he threw that sucker punch, it will now become a name that he will never forget. Gates will become a notch on Deters’ semen stained resume.

I am a graduate from the University of Cincinnati. As an alumni, as a mother of two college aged young black men, as a person who serves my community working with young people to help them make better choices than I made - I was certainly ashamed to see clips of the players fighting on the news.

I do not condone uncivilized or illegal behavior. Not from the athletes, not from the prosecutor.

Joe Must Go!  ESPN VIDEO

Attorney Janaya Trotter plans to challenge Deters for the position of Hamilton County Prosecutor in November 2012 – she better hope to God she’s not done like in that movie The Firm.

Deters to charge the black for punching the white (Yancy Gates and Kenny Frease)

For the record Yancy Gates was 100% wrong for "stealing" Kenny Frease.  Gates deserves every bit of the suspension that  he received.  But the fact that Hamilton County Prosecutor has crawled from under his rock to once again apply a double standard of justice to a person of color - is disgusting.  At this blog we are working on two stories regarding Deters (Deters' new  opponent Janaya Trotter) and Race, Deters, and the Yancy Gates story.

Please check back for the stories soon.
**********************************************************************
It  is not the critic who counts. Not the man who points out how the Persecutor has stumbled or where the path of his dirty deeds lead. The credit belongs to the attorney who actually told me that Deters got busted humping the hooker in the backseat of the car in Cleveland. Her face might have been marred by sweat and cum. Did he strive to protect her valiantly when they were busted by the cop. He who errs and continues to come up short again and again. Who knows the great devotions; who spends themselves a worthy cause. Who, at the best, knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with timid souls who know never see defeat. I have done my part. I have fought long and hard. And not just for my son. It has always been the needs of the people that I have placed first and foremost. Knowledge is Power. Exposure can compel action, even if through shaming those who should have NOT acted immorally, unethically or illegally.

Death Penalty Deters - Antrone Smith Halloween Protest anyone?

Death Penalty Deters – Antrone Smith

“Two wrongs don’t make it right,” is what beloved grandmother always said.

Our heart bleeds for DeMarcus Jackson – just like it bled for baby Jenna Edwards. Search this blog for baby Jenna Edwards stories. Heaven's got two angels DeMarcus and Jenna.

But Deters would never seek the death penalty on a white woman. Deters gets his media nut for showcasing  Bad black men. His latest subject – Antrone Smith. It’s horrible what he’s accused of doing. And it’s horrible that Deters will once again use a black man’s case to make society hate the black man.

Shame on you Deters. Shame on you. There was no shame when you were with that prostitute.

Each year until Deters is removed from office by any means necessary we will continue to protest him on Halloween.  This year, meet at Deters office
230 E. Ninth Street, Suite 4000, Cincinnati, OH 45202  for 12 noon PROTEST.

Protesting won't solve the problem (Deters), but it will expose it.

Also, contact Death Penalty Deters and make him aware of your thoughts on the above listed case.

PROSECUTOR & POWER (Deters must Go!)
Dear Great Bloggers --

It will come as no surprise to anyone who has been indicted that prosecutors have enormous power. Yesterday, the New York Times ran an excellent article that highlighted this unintended consequence of mandatory minimums.

The article notes that one result of the increase in prosecutorial power is the so-called “trial penalty.” Defendants are offered relatively shorter sentences in exchange for a guilty plea, or they face significantly longer penalties if they maintain their innocence and exercise their constitutionally-protected right to a trial by jury. Unfortunately, this “choice” is one far too many FAMM members are familiar with.

Among them is FAMM member Lee Wollard, whose case we gave to the New York Times reporter. Wollard’s decision to take his case to trial resulted in a 20-year mandatory minimum prison sentence under Florida’s “10-20-Life” law, even though prosecutors originally offered him five years probation if he would plead guilty. You can read about Wollard’s case here and read an op-ed I wrote about it last summer for the Washington Times here.

Circulate this New York Times article widely - everyone in the country should read it!
My best,

Julie

And Justice For All....HUH!

It’s a lovely Sunday in Cincinnati. It really is. And through our bedroom window, we can hear the birds chirping. If we didn’t know any better, but we most certainly do, that despite the view from our window of the big tree with the leaves that are turning, and the sweet melody of the birds chirping– we would think Cincinnati was absolutely perfect.

It’s not the Reverend Doc Foster refers to Cincinnati as,  the Northern capital of the racist south.” And I really hope that we bloggers havent   screwed up the good Reverend’s quote.

And I know some of you really decent Black &White  men, have wrote to this blog and asked that we use better language, stop the cursing, yeah well we’re kinda working on it. We replaced the word "fucked" with "screwed."

But Cincinnati is really racist. How racist is it? Cincinnati is so racist that there has to be a fucking summit on racism to tell us that Cincinnati is racist.

Quite sure the organizers wouldn’t appreciate this blog defining its event, they might call it something else Something else, like well – Justice for All.

But this blog we will call a duck a duck.

The organizers (diverse group of clergy), of this event were interviewed on the Bishop Bobby Hilton radio show which airs on WDBZ the Buzz. Us Bloggers, we are familiar with many of them,  and they are good men.

When one of the clergy was asked why have this summit, why got involved? He responded with a quote from Amos 5:24 But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!

Uh, yeah, this is Cincinnati. The Northern capital of Joe Deters. Check the flyer; it’s going to be a great event. Don’t let this blog post upset you. Feeling a little blue.

And Justice for All……

This blog is a business and don't you forget it. Haters.  Check the article, and do your research before you vote.  This blog will post articles on each candidate. We ask that you give each candidate and incumbent a  fair shake. Don't vote for them because they are Democrat, don't not vote for them because they are Republican, or because of their sexual orientatation. Each candidate deserves our full consideration.
Good luck Chris.  It ain't personal, it's business.

Nata Webster is Deters black neighbor/Deters' math

Nate Webster, is charged with 3rd degree felonies and has a bond as if he were charged with aggravated murder. One million dollars bond for Nate. Could it be that Joe Deters is offended that Nate lives in his neighborhood (.3 miles away) and wants to make sure Nate doesn't return to "ruin" Joe's half million dollar neighborhood?

CAJD's does not  condone Nate's
Alleged   behavior.  We Despise Deters behavior (racism, lover of hookers, waste of taxpayers money - Tracie Hunter case)

Joe must go!

Deters' math.

A Cincinnati firefighter charged similarly to Nate received a $10,000.00 bond -- but he was doing his business in Lincoln Heights and what does Joe care about the people in Lincoln Heights?.........Deters does not like black people.

Kudos to Dr. Dorothy Height for making her dream a reality.  Very proud of the young people that participated. If you know a young person that participated or attended, pat them on the back -- nice job.

WDBZ black radio host disses Marching

Last week I posted on facebook a link to an article about the upcoming March and Rally in Washington, led by Rev. Al Sharpton and Tom Joyner, to commemorate the unveiling of the MLK monument on the National Mall.

In response to my post I received the following smart ass comment from political astute radio talk show host, Nathan Ive.

“We march too damn much, dont you think?”

I was floored that the comment came from a “conscious” black man. Was he kidding me? Here’s how I responded to his post.

 Nathan, each day I listen to your callers, the Buzz callers (some of them are sorry as fk), call in and complain and whine—my baby’s been shot, my baby’s been over prosecuted- we ain’t got no jobs – and they never get off their ass and try to change their circumstance, and some refuse to VOTE. Well, the marchers – we get off our asses and shine a bright light on the disparities in this country. And as Rev. Al says – marching won’t solve the problem, but it will expose it. Right on Rev. Al! If not a march, or prayer vigil, than what? What can we do Nate? I’m not going to sit back and watch Black men become extinct. You are a dying breed Nate and you better recognize. Appreciate you, brother, seriously. At least you do something.

I purposely did not mention in my reply comment that as I helped organize several buses going to Washington from Cincinnati, I'd heard one too many black folks asks me if marches/rallies/protest – I throw them all in the same pot of greens –are still effective.

Hell yes they are.

We need people willing to march and shine the spotlight on America’s greatest national shames:

• Attacks on poor and working class

• Wrongfully incarcerated and over incarcerated (thank you Joe Deters)

• Police misconduct

• Unemployment

• Substandard education

• Substandard health care

NATHAN IVEY IS  A GREAT AMERICAN, BUT HE'S ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS ON THIS ISSUE.

This is my clarion call to the community if you can’t make the bus trip with us to Washington—you can come out to the pre-rally. See details below.

                                               SAVE THE DATE

What: Jobs, Justice, and Peace Pre- Rally

When: Friday August 26 @7 pm

Where: New Prospect Baptist Church – Rev. Lynch’s church (formerly Harmony school)

1580 Summit Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45237 (Roselawn)

**********************************************************

Why: On August 26 hundreds of Cincinnatians will board charter buses headed to Washington, D.C in conjunction with the National Action Network “Fight for Jobs and Justice Movement!”

The Rally and March will also commemorate the unveiling of the MLK monument on the National Mall. V

We invite the community to attend the Jobs, Justice and Peace Pre-Rally at 7pm.

David Singleton executive director of the Ohio Justice & Policy Center (OJPC) will kick off this event.

"This blog was created because of corrupt Prosecutor Deters, but it's not always about Deters. There's a lot of work that needs to be done in communities across this country - no just-us, no peace."

What if Rev. Al were too…?

I can’t type that three letter word about a man I revere.

And I wish that scary thought had never entered my mind a couple of weeks ago, but it did and I’m going to deal with it, even if I won’t type what “it” is. And if “it” is something you don’t want to deal with than you might want to stop reading this now.

If something were to happen to the Rev. Al --

Black people would be without a leader.

It’s not that there aren’t leaders upon leaders in black communities and good leaders too, there are, but is there anyone that compares to the Rev. Al?

When the Rev. Al puts the clarion call out for communities to organize around a particular cause--it’s loud. I can picture an MC on stage introducing Rev. Al like this, “Make some noooooooooise.” And the crowd goes wild. Help is here. Help is here.

I heard an unidentified person state in a video on NAN’S website, something like this--when Rev. Al Sharpton gets involved with someone’s unjust situation, it’s almost a guarantee that they will get justice.

This is certainly the reason why each day countless people call into Rev Al’s radio show, “Keeping It Real” and plead their case, or the case of a friend or family member. Everyone wants the Rev Al’s help.

Sometimes the request are ridiculous and funny, but more often than not they are despicable acts of injustice.

Some just-us stories I’ve heard told on the Rev Al’s radio show, bring me to tears. I wish I had the resources and the name recognition to take up the case. After all, once upon a time, I wrote to the Rev. Al with my sad story. I never heard anything from the Rev. Al, and I’m sure my story was just one of thousands of requests for just-us help.

However, instead of throwing myself a pity party, well actually I threw several pity parties, but I also got up off my rump, rolled up my sleeves and increased my efforts to help the people in my community make better choices, and to support them in the unfortunate case that they make a bad choice. I work for Sentences that fit. Justice that works.

Each day I pray for the safety and well being of Rev. Al. At the end of August I plan to charter a bus to Washington for a Rally and March in conjunction with the Rev Al’s National Action Networks “Fight for Jobs and Justice Movement!

The Rally and March will also commemorate the unveiling of the MLK monument on the National Mall.

On our bus we are taking over a dozen young people because we plan to train and raise up our next generation of leaders. Because as Rev Al always says, “The Leader you’re looking for, you look at in the mirror every morning.”

Right on Rev.

No wonder Deters won't march with bleeding heart liberals...

SYMBOLISM WITHOUT SUBSTANCE is  a dry (curse word)
click on the words above for a great post.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

July 26, 2011

                             SYMBOLISM WITHOUT SUBSTANCE

                 MARTIN LUTHER KING CINCINNATI COALITION

Thousands March every January but where are they NOW?!

Contact: (Name Removed)

Organizers of an August 26th planned Washington trip, a Rally and March to commemorate the unveiling of the MLK monument on the National Mall, are disappointed as it appears the Martin Luther King, Jr. Coalition in Cincinnati are going to bypass the historical event.

On the Martin Luther King, Jr. Coalition’s website there is no updated activity and the site asks visitors to check back in the fall of 2012 for details about the 37th Martin Luther King, Jr. Day commemoration, yet there is no mention of the historic monument unveiling. Repeated phone calls to the phone number listed on the website were not returned.

Victoria Straughn, local activist and a Washington DC trip organizer working with the Nation Action Network says, “ Cincinnati is the home of Fred Shuttlesworth a civil rights activist who marched with Dr. King and it would be shameful if Cincinnati has virtually no or very little participation or representation at such an event. We are disappointed that the MLK, Jr. Coalition organizers are silent and have not organized one bus.

Straughn and other Washington trip organizers desire to partner with The Martin Luther King Jr. Coalition and its community partners to fill buses going to Washington. They are also seeking sponsors to help families and youth that cannot afford the full cost of the trip.

For more information, please feel free to contact the organizer at the information listed above.

Nathaniel Webster, Joe Deters and the white teen (UPDATE)

Update Judge Winkler is the judge.  Search this blog for Winkler post.  Webster get ready to fry, as opposed to being punished.

What makes Hamilton County Persecutor Joe Deters raise from the dead as part-time prosecutor and speak out on a case? A  black man accused of sexual imposition, sexual battery and unlawful sex with a minor - a white teen.

If the accusations are true Nathaniel Webster absolutely should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. However, why does Deters always dish out double- standard injustice? Convict in media, before the court of law. Always looking for a media nut.

If the alleged victim is not white, we stand corected and won't EVER write. a blog about Deters, ever again, ever, ever, ever.

BTW we are going to Washington.  You going?

DETERS SAVE YOUR NUTS FOR THE HOOKER IN CLEVELAND.

Rally and March

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

July 6, 2011

MARTIN LUTHER KING NATIONAL MEMORIAL DEDICATION

Contact: Sis. V

FBK  513.(removed info)

On Friday August 26, 2011 a group of local activist and community organizers hope to lead Cincinnatians to Washington D.C. to be a part of history or as some would say “one for the books.” For the first time in history a African American man of Peace who dedicated his life fighting for social change, will be memorialized with a host of activities the weekend of August 26 – 28, 2011. Dr. King was one of the most influential figures to emerge from the Civil Rights movement.

The Civil Rights movement is most significant to Cincinnati because it is the home of Rev. Fred Shuttlesworth another great Civil Rights pioneer who often worked with Dr. King during the those dark days of struggle and shared aspects of his vision for equality. Victoria Straughn, local activist and organizer says, “that it is vital that we let the world know that we have not forgotten their work and future generations must continue to fight for social justice and equality. The trip is a pilgrimage to honor their work and reaffirm our commitment”. The trip is being organized in conjunction with the National Action Network and for more information visit www.nationalactionnetwork.net .

A motor coach bus will leave Cincinnati, Ohio from the new site of the what will be New Prospect Baptist Church (formerly Harmony Charter School) 1580 Summit Rd. on Friday August 26, 2011 at 10:00pm and will return Sunday night August 28, 2011. The trip will include one overnight stay. Organizers are seeking sponsors to help defer the cost for families and youth groups.

For more information, trip details including cost and deadlines for payments and sponsorship, please feel free to contact the organizers at the information listed above.

Run Mike Allen....run! (Two re-post) Cincy Council race

                                                POST FROM NOV 2008
Mike Allen vs. Joe Deters The Tale of two PROSTITUTE-ERS

MIKE ALLEN VS. JOE DETERS Excuse me Prosecutors. Truth is Mike Allen the Prosecutor was before my time. That is to say that he was actually a Prosecutor, when I paid little if any attention to the office of the Hamilton County Prosecutor. It was simple as for as I was concerned. Anyone who broke the law, went to jail, me included. Yeah really, like me included. Still, then like now, I believe that all who break the law deserve to be brought to justice, but no one deserves to be the victim of injustice. I believe some people are criminals and some people are just people who have committed a crime/s. Former Prosecutor Mike Allen sex escapade wasn’t against the law. Was it? Morally wrong, of course. Nasty. Yep. Still, Mike Allen paid for what he did and he moved on. He was able to move on. He also apologized to Christopher Smitherman for calling him a smart mouth little punk. Wrong or right, should he have said it, should he have not said it is debatable, but it takes one hell of a man to apologize to one hell of a SmitherMAN. Now let’s look at Joe Deters. Joe-the-Prosecutor. Joe-the-Pay to Play Politician. Joe-the-Pay-for- Sex Politician. Allegedly. Joe has yet to be brought to justice for his crimes of moral turpitude. His pals up in Columbus went to jail. His predecessor resigned for doing the nasty on tax-payers dollars. Now, Joe Deters wasn’t doing the nasty while he was on the job. That’s not to say he wasn’t on the clock. Or getting the clock sucked on the clock. But he wasn’t at work when he did the nasty. He was in a car. In Cleveland. Allegedly. Whose worst? Joe or Mike? My Pastor always says, “For sure your sins will find you out.” Be sure your sins will find you out. And yes some of you (not me) have sinned, and did the nasty, and had sex-- in places, with people, and objects, and maybe animals, that perhaps you shouldn’t have. And some of us have committed crimes for which we’ve never been punished. I once had an attorney tell me that while in college he committed a couple of felonies in which he was never caught. Bastard. So, yes, while we’ve all sinned and fallen short of the glory of our parents, our communities, our kids, and fallen short of the glory of Obama. The thing is though…we aren’t the gate keeper at the gate of justice, or injustice. We don’t have the keys. We can’t let you in or out. Who is worst Mike or Joe? Maybe neither. Maybe they are equal. My vote goes to Joe. (you may only get this blog post if you live in the Nasty Nati)
**********************************************************************
                          POST FROM APRIL 2009

I saw former Prosecutor Mike Allen today. I saw him at the United Dairy Farmers in Batavia. April 9, 9 am (ish). I shouted Mike Allen. He smiled warmly and said hello. He looked good. Nice suit. Hair trimmed and combed neatly. Dapper. CAJD likes Mike Allen. At least we like him way more than Joe Deeters. Allen made a mistake when he was the Prosecutor. But at least he confessed to his hump. Cincinnatian’s forgave him for his hump. Allen made a few reckless comments in his hey day or hump days. But he learned from his mistakes. He’s apologized to some and he moved on. He’s an attorney in that building. In the, building with the attorney’s-- some of whom dislike Doe Deters. The attorneys in that building know Deters dirty secrets. They know who Deeters’ humps. They know that Deeters is a bully and that he reads that book--The Art of War.

Deeters they know what you did last night.

Detters be sure your sins will find you out.

Casey Anthony gets sweet “Deters” deal (update)

Here's a thought.  "Would they really let a black judge give a white woman the death penalty?" unknown black man

Casey Anthony gets sweet “Deters” deal

Casey Anthony has got to be in her cell kissing her own behind. Not guilty, not guilty, not guilty.

At this blog we haven’t really been following that case, don’t get America’s obsession with the case, well, yeah we do. America loves white women. Especially white missing women and children.

Black woman missing…ahhhh no big deal

Just-Us Bus going to Washington. You going?

Led by Rev. Al Sharpton and National Action Network (NAN), partners in labor, education, civil rights, and the church will march to symbolize the collective struggle for social justice on Saturday, August 27, 2011, just one day before the historic unveiling of the national King Memorial on the National Mall. The pre-rally will begin at 12 (Noon) at Constitution and 17th Streets followed by a March beginning at 1:30pm to the King Memorial site on Ohio Drive, SW and West Basin Drive, SW.

According to Rev. Sharpton: "While there has been significant progress in civil rights and social justice there are still massive attacks upon poor people and workers along with an unfair and unequal distribution of labor. People of color still make up the vast majority of those wrongfully incarcerated and are the largest ranks of the unemployed and those discriminated against in the workplace. We have the poorest health care and the most disproportionate housing and freedom alone does not deliver dignity."

If you are interested in going send an email to this blog, and we'll get you the details, cost, etc.

Also, we plan a rally here locally. If you can't make the trip, surely you'll attend the rally.  We want to hear from you.

Joe Deters hit on Shawn Hawkins is a no – go!

Once again the Hamilton County Prosecutor  sought to lynch a black man.  However, today  Governor John Kasich (Deters’ boy) commuted the death sentence to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Thank you Governor Kasich.  You are on the  wrong side of the track on many issues, but you got this one right.  You often make smart decisions as it pertains to the criminal “just-us” system. You pledged in one of your campaign debates to  tackle criminal justice – injustice. The Hawkins decision is a first step toward you keeping the deal.  Deters doesn’t keep deals.

Deters works with the paper of record to destroy the lives of black men.  At this blog we encourage young men of color, and all people,  to make smart choices and stay out of the criminal just-us system, but when they error we seek fair sentences.

Terrance Richard and Diamond Marteen did not deserve to die.  God knows who killed them.  At this blog we will not comment on rather we believe Hawkins is guilty or innocent, but we applaud the family for fighting for him.  If we don’t fight for our loved ones, who will?

Anthony "weiner" Weiner is human! Deters? (UPDATE)

We believe Weiner should seek treatment, but not resign!
Weiner has been a great advocate for working and po' folk.

So what’s new? Another elected official gets caught with his hands in the social media jar?

Others we can think of off the top of our heads (no pun intended)

Newt

Chris Lee (apologized, resigned)

John Boehner

Airport bathroom stall tap guy (Geez what’s his name?)

Eliot Spitzer (Client 9) - apologized

John Edwards - apologized

Anthony David Weiner - apologized

Joe Deters - hooker in car in Cleveland (won’t apologize)

Eric Deters fired....Goes on Ware's show disses Joe Deters *UPDATE*

***Deters (Eric0 gets new radio host gig on WQRT - Am 1160 (weekdays 6-8)
Usually this blog exist to get our readers up to date. But we are behind on the firing of Eric Deters.  Do tell...what happened?

We've  posted stuff on this blog about Eric in the past.Search this blog if you want to learn a little about Deters.

If the outright racist radio station fires you, what does that say about you?

To be honest Deters (Eric) comments or video blog didn't much bother us.  Deters is a bit corny, a little funny. He failed to mention his discretions, but had no problem mentioning others discretions. Shame on him for that.

Same with that persecutor.  Prosecutes others.....but he never gets caught.

Chris Bortz is better than Joe Deters (Bortz agrees to lie detector test)

*site wouldn't post my article, here's the cut and paste version**
Councilman Bortz agrees to lie detector test

On Monday Cincinnati City Councilman Chris Bortz was a guest on Lincoln Ware’s radio show that airs on WDBZ 1230 am in Cincinnati.

Bortz appeared on the show to answer accusations that he called Alice Folson and Shawn Allen,  sanitation workers, the “N” word and threatened to shoot Allen.
In a calm speaking voice Bortz denied that he called the workers names or that he was upset.
“I did not call the sanitation workers the “N” word, and I have never used that word in my life.”
Bortz denial is a contradiction to another published report in which he admitted to yelling at the workers and being upset.
Ware and a NAACP member asked Bortz if he’d be willing to take a lie detector test.  Bortz said yes.
Wares mostly African American callers were split pretty evenly as to if they believed Bortz hurled the racial slur.
One caller who identified herself as ‘Bortz’s Black housekeeper’ called in support of Bortz. She said no one in Bortz’s  household is racist and that Bortz’s  Dad often kisses her in the mouth.
Christopher Smitherman, president of the NAACP and Dock Foster, president of the Baptist Ministers Conference has called for Bortz’s resignation.
A date was not announced as to when Bortz would take the lie detector test.

At least Bortz  appeared on black radio to answer the allegations.  Deters won't go on Ware.  Punk.

Click on the link for the story.
Did Councilman Chris Bortz use the "N" word?
