Judge Tracie Hunter won't start sentence today (federal judge grants stay)

The United States District Court: Judge Timothy Black has stayed Judge Hunter's sentence during the duration of federal habeas proceedings.  Judge Hunter will not begin serving her sentence tomorrow.

However,  Judge Tracie Hunter is set to appear in Judge Patrick Dinkelacker's courtroom on Friday May 20, 2016 at  9 am, room 360 but she will NOT be going to jail. 
Unless the wicked men in Hamilton County pull another trick out of their bag of racism. Sorry "D".


Cincinnati.  Judge Timothy S. Black was sworn in as United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio on June 21, 2010 at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. He was nominated for the position by (D) U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown.  President Barack Obama appointed Judge Black to the position in December 2009 and confirmed by the Senate in May 2010.

Judge Black graduated from Harvard Law School.
