The Supreme Court of the United States just DENIED Williams' petition for a
stay and a recall of the mandate issued by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The case will now return back to the U.S. District Court to Judge Susan Dlott
Our children need Hunter on that bench.
correction
clarifies that while the US Supreme Court denied Williams' petition to stay the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeal's ruling in Hunters favor today, Her opponents (Williams, etc) will continue their appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. The Supreme Court simply refused to stay the legal process from continuing at the District Court as Hunter's opponents file their appeal. Now Hunter vs. Williams will proceed simultaneously at both the District and US Supreme Courts.
for reconsideration under her original ruling
U.S. Supreme Court - NO to John Williams
