Deters vs. former Morgue Worker (F%&@ me while I'm dead or awake)

If the prosecutor is obliged to choose his case, it follows that he can choose his defendants. Therein is the most dangerous power of the prosecutor: that he will pick people that he thinks he should get, rather than cases that need to be prosecuted (Jodi Edwards). With the law books filled with a great assortment of crimes, a prosecutor stands a fair chance of finding at least a technical violation of some act (morgue worker sexing a dead course)
on the part of almost anyone. In such a case, it is not a question of discovering the commission of a crime and then looking for the man who has committed it, it is a question of picking the man and then searching the law books, or putting investigators to work, to pin some offense on him. It is in this realm--in which the prosecutor picks some person whom he dislikes (black man who screws dead corpse) or desires to embarrass, or selects some group of unpopular persons (people who aren’t wealthy and well-connected or rich and unelected) and then looks for an offense, that the greatest danger of abuse of prosecuting power lies. It is here that law enforcement becomes personal, and the real crime becomes that of being unpopular (the least of them) with the predominant or governing group, being attached to the wrong political views (author of the "outright racist" online rag sheet the Whistleblower), or being personally obnoxious to or in the way of the prosecutor himself (reckless comments)

FBK, thank you for that post. I just wasted 45 seconds of my life. Your ability to put language together to form thoughts rivals my dog.

The police charge the crime--Deters decides to prosecute based upon the law. That's how it works. At your age, with your (and your son's experience in the system), I am astonish how little you understand. I challenge you--beg you to give me one example where this didn't happen--and don't roll out that white lady who left her kid in the car--Deters didn't prosecute multiple black women that rolled over on their children in their beds last year. That just doesn't get publicity because it's not news.

Please, no more unsupported rumors--let's see some facts. At first this blog was interesting, now it's a joke. No facts. Someone called you an advocate...their wrong. Reality: your lazy. Anyone can sit on their couch and blog, making up rumors and bitching about their lot in life. A real advocate would have some support for their assertions. Shame on you. Joe must Go!

Yes it is true that we’ve all fallen short of the Glory of Him--President Obama. The only difference between Joe Deters and others that have been convicted in Hamilton County is that Joe Deters has never been caught. Correction. He’s was caught in Columbus with his little pay-to-play scheme and his boys went to jail. And than there was the humping of the hooker in the car in Cleveland (allegedly) . The only difference between Deters’ hump and the morgue workers hump is that the morgue worker’s hump was dead.

CAJD blogs about truths. Joe Deters does not threatened to sue over a rumor. Maybe a bright light went off in Deters’ head and he realized that if he sued me his laundry list of dirty deeds would be exposed for all the world to see.

CAJD has big plans for Joe. Don’t your worry your pretty little head about it. In the meantime I will blog about what I darn well please.

Check back in a couple of hours I’m going to unroll a hilarious tape in which Joe Deters’ Mama in law confronts me. People came to our group and told us that Deters’ was humping his mama-in-law. I don’t know if I believe that one or not. His mother in law seemed like a nice lady although she did have a few choice words for CAJD

Considering I’m a bible totting, community leader I try to keep folks family out of this Deters’ mess. But as Joe publicly lynched my son--the gloves are off.

Video posted in two hours.

Jazzy I love you girl. But watch the cursing. But I agree I don't give a rat's behind about Joe the Prosecutor.
