Ohio Secretary of State, Jon Husted, others gaffe

The Ohio Supreme Court and Secretary of State Jon Husted have said the poll workers were right to exclude the ballots and that Williams should be declared the winner.

Judge Dlott said the failure to count those ballots would be unconstitutional because it would disenfranchise voters.
