This blog was created to put the spotlight on Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters. Deters uses a different prosecution method depending on one’s race, class or zip code to determine whom to prosecute and how severely. Such was the case with the beloved son AB. The writers at this blog do NOT condone crime,and we often work for solutions. When Deters is no longer the prosecutor in Ohio this blog will continue to exist, bringing attention to the flawed criminal Just-Us system.

Deters victimizes 2-yr old "weed" smoker (and Hibbett case re-post)
Last week CAJD's wrote this post about Deters' littlest victims.
Deters doesn't get prosecuted for prostitution, but victimizes 2-year old.
